Tell us the item, brand, quantity, expiration date, care lane, delivery method, and whether you prefer recognition or anonymity. We will confirm what can be accepted and where it should go.

WHAT WE ACCEPT

New, unopened, name-brand supplies.

Military

Jack Link's or Slim Jim jerky; StarKist or Chicken of the Sea tuna; Nature Valley or KIND bars; Planters or Kar's trail mix; Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, or Cheez-It packs; Propel or Liquid I.V.; Wet Ones; Hanes/Fruit of the Loom socks; Five Star, BIC, and Bicycle supplies.

College

Maruchan or Nissin ramen; Kraft or Velveeta macaroni; national-brand snacks; SkinnyPop or Orville Redenbacher's popcorn; Post-it, Five Star, Sharpie, and BIC supplies; new neutral fleece throws.

Hospital and recovery

New non-slip socks, sleep masks, sealed earplugs, Kleenex, unscented national-brand lip care and wipes, activity books, journals, throws, and sealed Anker or Belkin charging cables.

Disaster relief

Approved water, national-brand food, Wet Ones, Kleenex, Colgate, Dove, Band-Aid, Energizer or Duracell lights and batteries, Mylar blankets, new socks, gloves, throws, and pre-approved sealed Anker or Belkin power products.

What we cannot accept

Opened, used, damaged, recalled, expired, homemade, repackaged, generic/private-label food, medicines, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, fuel, aerosols, fragrance, glass, loose lithium batteries, used power banks, cash, gift cards, or anything restricted by the delivery route.

How it works

  1. Submit your list.
  2. Wait for acceptance and intake instructions.
  3. Send or schedule delivery only after confirmation.
  4. We inspect, count, and assign accepted items to the published packing checklist.
  5. You receive a non-tax in-kind acknowledgment describing accepted items and quantity.

Package Cues does not represent this acknowledgment as a charitable tax-deduction receipt. Donors determine tax treatment with their adviser.
